I have never actually seen one of these covers. It appears to be something easy to make, but I am looking for dimensions and or photos of one of these covers that would fit an M116a1 or an M101a1, for that matter. Item 5.

Thanks,

Robert

I have an M116A2 with an MEP003A mounted on it and I believe the cover is identical with what you need. It is exactly as pictured in the diagram. I have attached a photo of mine installed. The dimensions are as follows.
Length: 10 inches
Width: 2-3/4 inches
Height: 3 inches
Screw Holes: 4 inches apart, First hole 1/2 inch from edge and both holes 1/2 inch from back edge. The holes in the bottom match the top holes. Phillips-head screws attach it.
You could make this yourself very easily. I'm assuming that the holes in the trailer frame are already there.
