I see the prices have come down significantly I'm looking for one with rear crane? Can anybody tell me is there any years that are better than others?
do they all have 4 wheel steering?
anything I should look for or stay away from
can they be legally driven down the road?

there legal to drive down the road?
do you need class a lic?

They all have 4 wheel steering. The M984 has a grove crane on it. They're 96" wide so legally they can be driven down the road. I'm hearing that some states are difficult about registering them though. I'm sure some one with more HEMTT experience will chime in shortly that can answer your other questions.
