Looking to buy an ECV HMMWV M1113/4

Ive been looking for a HMMWV for quite some time and love the look and capabilities of the newer ECV models. I found a guy selling one, he is to build it from the ground up. He gave me a quote of $60,000 and I believe it is a soft top. All parts are new original, and yes the frame, body, etc are legit AMG ECV parts. Is this a good deal? What would be a good price in general? Thanks!

It will be titled, insured and registered upon completion of the build by the current owner/builder. Also, Im looking for an ECV HMWWV, not the civy C class or the early HMMWV's.

Actually, Ive been thinking about getting an Avenger series roof and converting it into a two door ECV hard top once I get it, almost exactly like studentdriver's HMMVW, except I want a true to the plate ECV, not a mod.
