Finally my winch truck is a winch truck. Bought my M37 about 3 years ago, and it came with a disassembled winch that never got put together. Found this winch about three weeks ago, and put it on today.

pulling the winch off the old truck and putting it on mine took about 1.5 hrs. Went smoothly. Fully operational.

Lining up holes for the bumper halves took about 5 hrs. Still have 3 bolts that won't line up.

Anybody know how to pull the disengage lever off? I have a spare that has the round-topped pin to replace the current lever that is missing the pin.

To get your bolt in the holes, here is what I do. Drive a drift punch in the hole and then clamp the two pieces with vice grips, then knock out the pin, and insert your bolt.

Thanx, Rich. I missed the Denton rally this year due to a work obligation. You ever think of going to the Georgia Rally? It's worth it.
