The first picture shows the slab I was crossing over the Cahaba river. The second is a picture from my M1009 CUCV to a friend's Landcruiser which was lifted and on 33's.

The water was MUCH higher than I anticipated and at the deepest part was about 24-30" deep. The current was pushing us pretty good too.
