M1008 glow plug relay

I'm not getting a ground to my GP relay from GP card( light blue wire). Tried another card with no difference. What provides the card a negative?

The black wire is the negative feed to the card.

Okay Thanks. It goes through the small plug. Is that going straight to ground or to the fuse panel?

The schematic shows that it eventually is connected to the main ground bar on the fire wall.

There is ONE ground point for everything in the dash (which is a poor design). I'm pretty sure that includes the electronics under the dash. It's a 6 pronged connector up above the parking brake mechanism. It's slightly different from one truck to another, but it's in that neighborhood.

Also check continuity on that light blue wire.
