M1009 16" wheels

Any reason these wheels will not work on the M1009? Headed to buy them as soon as I get some reassurance from the experts.

One thing I would look at is the load rating 1700 x 4 = 6800 - Curb Weight, 5200 lbs + occupants , fuel ,extra weight of larger tires cargo ect. Your going to max the weight rating out quick.

I agree with Porky. You need additional wheel strength if you plan to go off road by yourself.

Look into some HMMWV wheels maybe?

Found very similar steel wheel with a 2000 lb rating. Would that be enough. Mounting 305/70-16s on it. Have 2.5in lift with new springs.

10" is a little wide. typically 8 to 9" wide for that width of tire.
