I think most people just fab up an adapter when using the AB15 base with the CUCV antenna mount.

That's what I did. Had a 5 inch square piece of metal cut at a local machinist shop, with the correct diameter hole for the AB-15 and four holes for the bolts. Worked very well and was only a few dollars.
