M1009 Step Bumper Installation

I've done two step bumper modifications to my M1009 and my friend Paul Taylor's. It's not too difficult but you do need to posess some welding and cutting torch skills. If anyone is interested, I can email pics and instructions on how to do it.

its the m1008 rear bumper.

I've found the step bumper to be much more functional than the stock bumper. I can easily stand on it and reach the roof of the M1009. Also, it sits a little higher and when towing my 3/4 ton trailers, the trailers will sit more level.

So i found my 08 bumper and finally recovered it today. Can you provide instructions on the install maybe some pics from below? I took off the stock bumper today, not very functional at all compared to the step bumper.

Guys , I have one of the 09 s that mike had done. You do know this thread is 5 yrs old. I can answer any questions by looking at install but the weather is crappy today. I can take a few pictures when it clears up.
