So I have a dumb questions. My M1009 is leaking oil by the timing cover even after it sits for a week. Is it possible that it could be something else?
Is it a seep, drip, gusher? Can you clean the area for a better look?

It is a pretty steady drip, I had a mil. mech. look at it but he couldn't figure out where it was coming from (he thought either the cover or the oil pan) I am going to try and clean it up this weekend for a better look but was hoping someone with a little more experience in CUCVs might have run across this before. I figuered it might not be the timing cover as it hasn't run in about 5 days and still has a puddle under it.
