The 2", 4", etc refers to lift heights.
The 52" and 56" refers to the lengths of the rear springs. 52" goes under half tons and light duty 3/4 tons and 56" go under heavy 3/4 tons and 1 tons.
You'd want a lift spring set or replacement spring set meant for a half ton truck or K5 Blazer.
Personally I'd go with a 2" lift spring setup. Better ride but low enough to not really affect anything else.
