i called jacks and he has two "laying somewhere around here" that are used with unknown condition he said he would sell for $400.00. I'm not really interested in paying that much for so many unknowns with his springs. I think i'm just gonna pursue the rearching at this point.

For the same money, I have to agree.
The advantage to the re-arch will be good clean metal and bent to give you a little more lift if you need it.
