I won this trailer from GL....but you'll notice that it has no tongue....any suggestions??

Depends on if you want brakes or not.
If no brakes, Ebay for "trailer A frame coupler".

That trailer does have a tongue. You are missing the coupler.
As mentioned above, there are a couple of options on replacing it. You can replace to stock with a surge brake system or get a standard A-Frame coupler (ball hitch) and install it. The second items are easy to find on ebay or local trailer shops. Have seen them in wally world a time or two as well.
EDIT: If you got that from the Fbx GL lot, Tony may help you install in the yard. He's real good to work with and permits working in the yard. The ball couplers are available from 6 robbers on South Cushman and White Spruce for sure. I've seen them at Lowes and Wally, but they are rare there.

Make sure you pull the caps off of the hubs and inspect your bearing grease. If its old and dryed up the you will need to clean them up and repack them. This can be done in a parking lot with very few tools. The rear seal could be a problem. If you dont want to mess with replacing the rear seal in a parking lot then simply goop up some grease in you gloved fingers and put it in the back of the hub and pull the grease up into the rear bearing. Do this as much as you can. The clean and repack the front bearings. You can drop one a zip lock bag and dump a bunch of good grease in. Seal it up and have at it for as long as you can stand it. I know it sounds like allot of work (30 minutes total) but if the bearings are dryed up or need grease then you need to do this as a minimum to get you home safely.

4 OZ of grease is worth 5lbs of wheel bearings. The last 2 trailer I have picked up had dried up 20+ year old GAA in them. I waited till I was five miles down the road before I checked and one of them was already toasty! Also on the no lunett ring, I have run a short piece of chain through the hole , bolted it together and put in the pintle to tow home.
