Why bother dying a seat when you can still get the factory seat covers from some of the members on here ???
Steel Soldiers now has a few new forums, read more about it at: New Munitions Forums!
In my person my dash looks exactly like yours even with the in correct color, I know cameras change it a lot vs seeing it in person. I have compared mine to an original and unless we are going to the concours d'elegance car show no one can really tell the differenceAs mentioned many times Burgundy is not the correct color.
It is too bright or to red. Same as maroon.
The original color is
OEM Code 76WA5EN7465,W5A7465
GM DK Bronze(LG)
What I used was Deltron 2000 mixed by my local parts store.

WellUmmmm, Guys??? I think the point of the original question was missed. He said the DASH. Not door panels or seats. While the seats and door panels were Burgundy, my experience in using these vehicles from 84 to 88, was that the DASH was a grey color in the early models, and a black color in later years. Here's a couple of picts from our restoration of our M1010

All good here just got a little in my living room and garage Monday morning but nothing I can complain about compared to what others are going thru. I'm over near the creek and the horse stables.Greetings reaper. Hope you're high and dry like we are. We're over here outside Old Town, and not a problem, other than power loss on Mon.
I know what the manuals and GM specs say. And I was a medic, not in the motor pool. HOWEVER, I went in, in 1980. And when we got our very 1st M1010's, straight from the motor pool, the dash's were the grey color. Later we started seeing them with the black dash. I honesty don't remember seeing any CUCV's with a different dash color. BUT AGAIN, I was INFANTRY, and a 91B Medic. So, I wasn't normally paying that much attention to those details.
