M1010 is running

Well after 6 month is finally running, took a stock M1010 that was converter to 12 V and put a 96 6.5 turbo that i rebuild with new Heads and install a 4911 IP and new injectors had the 4L80E rebuild with new TQ conveter and install a new US shift optishift auxiliry oil cooler and tranny cooler will be installing a cab under the dash a/c and 3.73 gears next week or 2 will update as i do it, also made the down pipe to go outside the frame and was brougth back in under the body came out good had the local muffler shop do it from the down pipe back using a NAPA diesel muffler for now here are some pictures

Will probably keep the stock look with new tires , may lift it up a inch or 2 but for now new tires , also installing a few gagets like tire press monitor ,inverter, rear a/c{110v} tv , micro wave a small fridge ect, if im able to make the GA rally probably will be on this truck

A/C

Got to work on the A/C today , i modified the radio bracket to hold the a/c unit just need to put the drier hook up lines wire it and vaccum charge hoping to have it blowing cold by early next week

The paint is about 2 years old it was done before we got it, the back is all factory is missing the upper racks ....

Love what you have done to the old Girl! How do you like that US SHIFT unit? Im thinking about going with them for my canversion to a 4L80E as well. Also what Transfercase are you using? Thanks.

Thanks for all the replys, i used the baumann products before and this new optishift works awson and easy to use can either just use the optishift box to make adjustments and to view many things including speed temps ect or you can hook up to the laptop , im using the stock trasnfer case that was hook up to the turbo 400, making brackets for gadgets and finishing the a/c when done will post some pictures on the weekend if completed//

Its pretty strait foward once the compressor is on the engine, is a standar under dash install , will have more pictures when done is all wire up just need to run hoses vaccum and charge
