trying a new project on my m1028 86 model! i am in the middle of still doing the crossover steering and thought why not shoot to the back end and start my disc brake conversion! i need one question answered, i ve got mixed opinions and reviews on the 78 el dorado caddy rear calipers with the E- brake hook up. i've heard good and bad when bleeding them and also to the way the e-brake lever works. or should i just eliminate the e-brake cable and go with the 3/4 ton chevy front 4x4 calipers, which are direct bolt in with no e-brake cable. also if anyone has used the caddy calipers, how do you get the chevy 14 bolt 1 ton brake cable to mat up to the caddy e brake lever? will be looking for ideas and the best direction to take on this issue? thanks
