A six lug budd wheel is an exact replacement. Except it is 22" in diameter and is NOT a snap ring, but the commercial truck sized tires, so you can run really nice radial rubber. I did on my deuce.
You should be able to find a pair of them at ANY big truck wrecking/salvage yard. Cost is generally in the $25 - $50 range per wheel.
