M1089 Mirror Upgrade

One of the big things to consider is SIMPLICITY. The glass mirror has been on vehicles since the 1929 Model A for sure. Maybe even earlier than that... That mirror pointing to the back of the vehicle works - even without battery power - especially when compared to a camera. As an addition, I see benefit but lots of potential for problems otherwise.

Just being an old stick in the mud I guess.

I do have 3 cameras on the rear of my M1088. Each has a specific purpose and they do things better than the factory mirrors can do. So adding cameras are definitely a good thing. Just maybe not replacing the standard mirrors...

We have to try to be trend setters or the veiw never changes
