Just got this Sea Bee 1097E HMMWV and I was missing a piece to the tire carrier that connects both gates. Anyone have an idea who the maker/vender is?

interesting stuff. The one on the right was probably a fuel/water can carrier but the basket is gone. I also don't think the bump stop brackets would mount over the trailer harness plug. Must be some bracket that spans both.
Very odd set up, I was going to say home made but I have can carriers that have those extra holes in the mounting plates so it is factory.
What is the bracket on the far left for? Looks like license plate and light?

Had a water can/gas can holder that was smashed, so I cut it off. Pretty sure there was no license plate on this vehicle. Not sure what the bracket is for. I think your right....a two pin U bracket that attached both. I'll have to figure something out.
