Did you ask about using a flexible stainless steel gas tubing. They are starting to use it in buildings for the "home Runs" to save on labor cost. It is usually covered in a vinyl sleeve. Comes in many diameters. Stainless steel and vinyl would make it weather resistant. I have done plenty of threaded gas piping in the past. It is a long and tedious process!

I did not look into stainless, sounds exspensive.
All together I ran almost 30', it was an arduous prosses and still unfinished!

It looks to me like you storage boxed over the storage for the ladder. How do you pack the ladder w/ you, . . . inside the rear doors, or did you make some place new?

Got a chance to try out the new grill today! I had been looking for a portable gas grill to incorporate into the camper and wanted one that was compact enough to store underneath the back of the trailer in the available space, and this one fits.
I plan to fabricate a removable swing out mount on the back corner of the trailer, and hook up the gas feed to the grill via a quick connect.
Found this one on ebay for $135.00 shipped, all stainless, 2 burner 20,000 btu, 270 sq in of cooking area and comes with a cover! I'm really impressed by it's performance!

Nice, that's just what we were looking for (but not very hard).
I already have an outside quick connect & cut-off valve installed, just needed the right grill to plug into it
