M200a1 towing / brake system question

Hello everyone, I am seeking clarification into the way the brakes work on a single wheel variant of the M200a1 to see if i understand them correctly. If im thinking right as long as the trailer doesnt have an air supply and the tank is drained it should roll freely correct? I am looking at some gen sets that are mounted to these trailers and have plenty of pick up truck to tow and stop these on Florida ground. That and the distance that would be travelled by the trailer would be 96 miles back to here.

I second. Those trailers behave identical like civilian con-gear used to connect multiple trailers. No air = no brakes.
