If no one else has mentioned it--that screw in looking thing is a slave cable port. 24 volts--so you can start your truck with someone else's or vice versa with the aid of a salve cable. older deuces have two prong plugs while new ones use a single prong plug.

Ah thanks! Pretty much like jumper cables huh? Pretty neat. Need some help still with lines at the injection pump.

ImageUploadedByTapatalk1437685982.010014.jpgthis hose lines up the the fitting in the middle of the pump that has the line connected to the back of the pump. Where does it go? Sorry for all the questions. all the lines pretty much line up with a fitting except the last one. It lines up with a fitting. But there's already a hose there and going to the back of the ip.

Pic three is HH to return fuel to T on the finial filters pic six. Pic four from final fuel filter to FDC pic five. Pic one is flame start and the only fitting left to hook to.

Okay, so that hose jumping from the hh to the fdc needs to be gone? Then the hose that comes from the filters goes directly to the hh and then what happens to the fire start line? Goes to the fdc?

It's more than that. The FDC gets two plugs in it just to close off the ports but no pressure no fuel will spill. Then the line from the final fuel filter goes to the HH if there is enough line and you use one of the fitting that is just a single from when you took off all the fittings from FDC. Then you need another plug on the T fitting on the HH that was running to return and FDC return. So you need three plugs two are NPT on the FDC an the last one on the T fitting is a inverted flair plug or a plug used for brake lines to close the off. Forgot the sizes but FDC is NPT.

Take a pair of side cutters and cut the big fuel line yellow lines off at the fittings. Unscrew from FDC and plug. Then the lower small yellow line marked cut that off same thing at the Head return T where that line goes to the T cut it off and install inverted plug in hole. Leave the fitting in the HH and connect the final fuel to the HH.
The second pic yellow lines are the FDC feed and return lines and get the NPT plugs.

Okay. The fdc was already gone off the pump. I'll have to get fittings to plug them off. So 2 plugs in the back where the fitting is on the fdc. Then a plug where he fdc goes to the return?

Your pic shows the FDC and we don't remove it just bypass it. By bypassing the FDC your fuel might need to be turned down but pyro should be added so we can tweek the motor /fuel
