M35A2 Windshield Glass

[Loose Deuce]

What will it cost for a complete Front windshield w/frame for the Drivers side? I see one on ebay for $125.00 so far, is that good? My old frame is pretty rusty and pitted, plus the glass is cracked in several places. Looks like someone tried to open it the wrong way and cracked it on each corner.<img src="emoticons/icon_smile_approve.gif" alt="Approve">

If you plan on going to Mobile you should be able to get one from Star Electric for $115.00. They are new and the best I have seen. Sonny

Saturn surplus has them for $132.50 and you know what your going to get, good service and dependable. I've used them for parts on my deuce.

Yeah, most of those ones on ebay are overseas reproductions.. The ones Saturn Surplus sells should be NOS.. I need to replace both of my windshields (Cracks and major rust) and I am probably getting them from Saturn.. NOS anyway for sure..

I can't believe how thick that glass is in those things too.. Does anyone know if that is supposed to make them bullet resistant? lol

I've got a pic my dad took of a deuce in Korea. They started taking fire and so my dad was passenger, hopped up to fire the .50 in the ring mount which luckily jammed so he crouched down onto the floor, seconds later a bullet came through the windshield! This was years after the Korean war was over.
