well they reported that it was just the serpintine
I found a 65.5 inch 7 rib on saturday at Summit Auto Racing
Don't bother buying one
it is way to long ot even see how a 65 will make it but the idler wont even touch the 655

I had them drive at 2300 rpm temp stays at 200 with 90 out side what a beast! went over 80 miles back in the cave.....

thanks everyone for the support!!!!!! :D:razz:

I was doing the same search will little luck. I think it is a Mil NOS.
The date on the belt is 2q-07-10.
I found a thread that said it was a 65" 7 rib.

Let us know what you find out about the P/N.

I have also been searching and found a little more info:

Here is a cross reference for serpentine belts:

Serpentine K Belt Cross Reference - 7 Ribs K Series

Here is the part info listed on Erik's Military:

"Belt for M35A3 (CAT 3116 engine) used to drive the fan and alternator. p/n 12448759. NSN 3030014601030. OEM part, made in USA. Also replaces RCSK17002-2, 7PK1639."

If you look at the metric number (7PK1639) then check the cross reference site above and find 7PK1640 is the closest size. If you check Dayco's site you will find part number 5070646 (not 5070645). If you pull up the details for 5070646 it gives the metric part number of 7PK1640.

Access Dayco

Everything pints to this belt being around 64.5 inches long but it is strange that nothing seems to match up exactly with the military numbers.
