M36, M36A2 Bed.

My S-280 shelter has 29 inches in the front and 41 inches in the back as clearance on the M-36, and the 280 fits exactly in the regular deuce bed. Figure from there!

fyi, I have a brandy new M36 cargo cover new style camo for 350......just in case some one wants one...I am not a vendor and need patience for me to do stuff, so buyer be ware, i get it out, but reminder calls are appreciated,......

did you find a m36 bed yet there was someone that had one listed in the classifieds for 700 brand new? if you want i can get you measurement of the mounting points on my m4 box and then if someone measures their m36 you would know for sure

M36A2C available

Please have your friend contact me. My M36A2C w/w is loaded.

In reviewing the TM for general information on the M36A2 I am seeing here that the bed is 4 feet longer in the M36A2 truck.
If this correct?
I am looking for the inside dimension but not exact...a close measurement will be fine.
Also from the same TM the other general data reads to be that the M35A2 is 13, 530 lbs. net and the M36A2 is 15,750 lbs. net.
The total length wtih winch is 278 1/4 inches for the M35A2 and 343 1/2 inches for the M36A2. Gross weight is 23,520 lbs. for the M35A2 and 25,510 lbs. for the M36A2.
I have a friend looking to buy an M36A2 and he is comparing this to the M35A2 for cargo capability.

M36A2C ????????? I have a M36A2, what is the "C" version? Never heard of that, Is that with both sides drop like the M35A2C?
I found this listed in TB 9-2300-280-30 M36, M36A1 , M36A2, M36A2C, M36C.
attached pic of early M36 (notice no drop side).

Also my wallet is thankful that the NOS M36A2 bed ranchhopper had sold on ebay. I really wanted it (but didn't really need it & really couldn't afford it).
