It's been a while since my last update, but everything is finished up! When we first started, we sent the radiator out for rebuild. While we were waiting for it to come back we decided that the old girl needed a new coat of paint. After finishing up the paint on the back of the cab and frame, we put the bed back on. Since we rebuilt the bed, we had to cut off the old tailgate latches and square them up. Now we can open and close the tailgate without fighting the twisted bed!

After finally getting the radiator back in we finished up the paint job, including new stars and markings. The unit markings reflect my father's service in Vietnam. I wasn't sure about how the paint was going to go, but for our first real paint job, I think she turned out pretty good. Another old warhorse saved from an uncertain future! Sure makes me feel good. Now on to the Deuce....

Thanks everyone. We've had a great time getting it back in shape. Now if we could just find a winch to put back on it....
