M37 door windows

The door windows in my 1953 M37 do not fit flush with door frame leaving a gap between the window and door frame. Is it possible to adjust these door windows so they fit snug. Thanks.

There are metal channels to hold flanged rubber weatherseals, L, R. and top for both doors. One is on the windshield, the others are on the top.

Are yours missing, or replaced with something incorrect?

Thanks for the information. The weatherseals are missing and I found the tech manual, which shows how to adjust the door window regulator. Sorry for the slow reply due to being out of town. Everyone's assistance is very much appreciated.
