Not sure what the original purpose was for this trailer, maint. wood working or what but I couldn't pass it up, now I have to go and get it, outside Memphis. I know the sides at the top fold up and I think the lower part of the trailer sides fold down at least I hope they do, I was in a hurry but i decided to buy it from the price and first look . I found the TM on the M103A3 trailer and the construction of the Van body but nothing on the function of the van body, you can see by the photos there are some hints to it use, the air connections and the cord pass throughs in the walls. Any ideas on function are appreciated.

It's actually an M448. They had various uses and the little opening in the front was access for a genset or air compressor. One of their uses was a paint shop. As far as the sides, the bottoms are the only part that folds, the top sides are rigid. They are cool trailers and somewhat uncommon. Wayne Harris has one too.
