I have been told that I-75 north of Cincinnati is pretty torn up and I-75 through Dayton is still a mess. As was said before I would come down I-71 to I-75 junction in Cincinnati. Don't do this at rush hour unless you like to sit in traffic. Cincinnati is not as bad as Atlanta but they are trying their best to be just as bad traffic wise.
