M796 Bolster Trailer

Couple quick questions since these seem way more common than the XM789, when the data tag refers to "retracted", that means bolster bars down and stowed correct? Also, data tag states overall length at roughly 17.5ft, is that correct as well or am I reading that wrong?

260inches extended from rear of trailer to the tongue fully extended.

Data plate is confusing but you take the 210 retracted minus the 152 retracted cause it's on the center and gives you 58inches plus the 201 # you get the 258/259
