M915 series(915,916,917,920) VIN location?

OK,another question came to mind yesterday while I had some free time at work,

Is the VIN / serial number of the M915 series(915,916,917,920) of trucks stamped into the frame or anywhere else OTHER than the data plate inside the drivers door?

Its near the same place as a 939. I actually looked at one at memphis equipment today it was 2ft behind the front bumper

Well,I was going to snag that M917 that was near Louisa a while back,but it sold the day after I called about it.
