Thanks, I would love to see any other picture you have on either build processes, the axle removal looks great too. I'm subscribed there now. I thought I was dead set on keeping it 6x6, but after seeing those shots, I love the stance on yours as a 4x4. What were the part numbers for the air ride setup? Other than the track bar and airbags, is there anything else holding her on?

just track bar and bags. It was off a mid 2000 freightliner. I had to purchase shorter air bag to make the stance correct also had to get a driveshaft, carrier bearing made.

I will take some more pics.

Awesome build. Looks sweet man! Did you weld the roof on or just bolt it and fill it? Also If you welded it did you do if full length or just tack welds? Thanks for this thread man it give me some good ideas!

Well I began turning my M923A2 into a crew cab this past weekend. Got the spare cab from John in Delta, what a great guy. After some cussing, a few burns and some back pains. The second cab is now married to the initial front cab. Waiting on machine shop to roll the corners for me at the moment.

Also moved batteries to the storage box directly under the passenger door, sorry for the blurry picture.
What were the radius you used for the sheet metal for the corners? Do you think you could incorporate the corners and roof all in one piece?

Roof is welded on. Seems are ~80% weld with seam sealer.
Hi, great project, i will like to contact you about a crew cab project, like how much did you spend in $ to make it yourself, and where will be a best place to buy a truck for the best price for a project like that
