M923A1 Bad Seal?

My neighbor sent me a picture this evening while I'm at dinner. I won't be able to look at it in person until next weekend. Any ideas what I'm looking at replacing and how hateful it's going to be?

Probably a torn boot.

Looks like the axle inter seal.

Mine look like that on both sides. My boots are torn and I assume the seals are bad too. I just ordered boots and seals but don't have time to tackle them yet.

Well, they aren't quite that wet but close enough.

Not to bad of a job I would assume the boot is torn AND the seal is bad, still not to bad of a job, get yourself the TMs and you should be good to go!
