M923A1 was broken down.

The shop I towed it to, pulled out the injectors to check for a hydro locked motor. No water in cylinders.

They believe the bottom of the motor is seized up. They cannot bar the motor over. There is water in the oilpan. Since the truck was having issues with hi temps...they believe it's seized up.

Maybe you could replace the NHC250 with another small cam engine with a little more horsepower. I seem to remember there being one of about 290 HP...

New (used) motor arrived on Friday afternoon at the shop. With luck...we'll be back in business prior to July 4!!!

I bought a running takeout motor from a guy here on steelsoldiers and had YRC ship it from GA to KS.

I gotta ask, was the engine crated or on a pallet? Tried to hire YRC for the same thing and they said it had to be crated.
