Be cautious charging with the trucks alternator. That's been known to kill them. Since yours were already charged enough to start the truck you'll probably be ok.

Walmart has a decent little battery charger for less than $100. You can clip it to the battery posts with the batteries still mounted in the truck and charge them singly.

I charged each battery for about 40 minutes each using jumper cables and my silverado. Hooked everything back up and it seemed to work just fine. Battery gauge was in the green and it started just like it always does.
