i need a part number for m923a2 with cummins 8.3 cant seem to find any belt part numbers on the 8.3 engine please guide me in the right direction thanks

When I called Fleetpride about a fan clutch for the M936 I'm baby sitting they said to take it off and bring it in so they could match it (there are no numbers on the part anywhere I could find). You might do the same with the belt (I will since the belt is FUBAR too) just to make sure you get the right one.

Or, you could look up the NSN in the parts TM.

Google it, and look at the "parttarget" link. It will list the manufacturer and their part number.

I think I have a pretty good idea. I remember when Elmo was north of the Mason Dixon Line too.
