m923a2 " black valve, bleeder?" ID part name under dash.

There is a black oblong plastic chamber at bottom middle area of dash. Its located on a airline and bleeds air off. It seems to be stuck open. I have looked at the TM's and can't find any reference as well as search. Thanks. Tried tapping it to see if it will seat and doesnt.See

It's a ctis water filter/separator.

You can usually screw a schrader valve into the bottom. Be careful you don't loose the little o ring when you take the small cannister off.
