For discoball? In the trailer, behind the truck... so he can play with it for 300 years.
Yeh, don’t think he’s biting on my powered trailer idea, maybe axles top and bottom idea for Gimpy?
But seriously, I do like your trailer, I have an old cargo bed, now I need to find some heavy axles.

$200, made by Rugby. Included hoist, tank, and air actuated hydraulic valve. Anybody can have that valve for just shipping cost, I am not going to use it. It measures equivalent to about a 520 or so sized hoist, so rated for between 8-14 tons with a 14’ bed depending upon how far forward mounted. Good enough for the truck or trailer.

So finally got around to get some pics of the tongues i built. They're approximately 6.5 ft long. I put some extra support in them with some square tube. They've held up really well. The red one had enough tongue weight on it once it snapped the drawbar off of our jd 4440. My dad and uncle were left unsupervised that day

Maybe?

I went with 8K axles and matched suspension on 16x8 rims - all stuff found anywhere... my trailer will handle 14K in the bed. I like that I can tow it with my pick up or my M932A2 - my buddy hauled it with his 916 on 16R20's turned "Honey Badger" and brought it back with his half ton pick up (no load in the trailer on the way back).

Grendel, it will be a really handy trailer. It's incredibly strong and you have the fold down sides for better access at just the right height. Does your pickup have the pintle?? I like the long tongue even if M35 likes to make fun.

I used the deuce for dump trailer because it has fixed sides, but on a non-dump, having the fork access from the side is a big advantage.

Mine is getting too heavy to pull with my pickup however. Is yours 12' or 14'. Did you use an off the shelf equalizer? I used hummer tires and wheels so had to make a one longer.

Sorry, some how I missed this. I put a c channel on the front for an adjustable tongue and I have both a lunette eye and a 2 and 5/16" coupler for it. I also have a pintle for my pick up. Mine is 14' - rather personal question, eh? :)

I don't need the equalizer, but I have a dually. It's been pulled by a half ton with out one too.
