M931A1 parts advice

Hey guys reaching out to see where I can find a turn signal arm/switch. It looks like I might need the whole thing it's broken off.
Second my steering wheel covering and the cover around the neck has disintegrated. Any ideas or suggestions to fix that and recover the steering wheel?
Third my drivers door latch only works from inside the cab. Can't open from outside. What's the fix for that?.

Hi. Advice "to tide you over". Think that turn signal parts are general commercial pieces. Ask around truck repair/ truck-stops. People have long fixed up tractor steering wheels with JB Weld. Not hard to sand, paint as reqd. If wheel completely trashed, ask a vender for a good used. My guess is not hard to find. I'd pull the door inside access cover and take a look. Not too complicated.
