I suggest starting to network with any members you might already have found nearby. They in turn can help identify others as well, and.... Let the PM's begin!
The SS website used to have a very helpful Member Map, but web support for that function became cost-prohibitive for the long-term.
As an alternative, scanning through the SS Classified Ads can yield a bunch of members based on the STATE they must include with their item for sale. Then, the detective work, and come PM's lead to connections.
