m932a2 maiden voyage

After a bunch of fixin, it was time for a shakedown trip. Pulled ok for a little motor, no mixing of fluids (WHEW!!!!). Trans seems to shift ok. I need to address more issues. The air ride is nice. I was able to get the 5th wheel height lower by trimming the rods to the leveling valves.

How wide is the spare tire rack? Is the a2 rack wider than the a1 version? I'm just guessing that its wider since the a2's have 14's and the earlier versions are running on 11's.

I'm hoping to go to 14's on my 818 and have access to an early version of the spare rack with the davit crane but wondering ifI need to hold out for an a2 version.

The spare rack on my a1 is 12" wide. The rack on my a2 is 15" wide.
