I’m working on the interior today. I’ll take a few pictures and post them.
When i was building my truck i would go to bed thinking about the build and what to do here and there and i would wake up with the answers ! If there were no answers then leave it alone till it hits you !

That looks fantastic! Can I get a closer photo of your front cabinets with the opening just behind the cab? I've yet to do anything with that space!
Here are some close up photos. I framed the opening with 1 x 2 oak. The doors were salvaged from a cabinet I bought by mistake. The cabinets I used are oak kitchen cabinets. Behind the door on the right is my breaker/ fuse panel and solar controller. The breaker panel came from the donor trailer. It has breakers for the 120 volt AC circuits and fuses for the 12 volt DC circuits.
Behind the door on the left is storage. I use it for manuals, a first aid kit and any other small bits I need to carry.
The center section has a fan that gives me circulation when I open the flap in front. I also have a Bluetooth soundbar and a WiFi router ( not shown ) in that area. I added a moose quilt curtain last year to cover it up. It also helps keep the drafts down on a cold night.IMG_0853.jpeg

Thank you for sharing that! Gives me more options and ideas for making better use of that space!
