The TM calls for regular silicone sealant. I used a high oil resistant kind. Still in service today with zero issues.

How do you seal the zipper?

I don’t recall ever having to seal the zipper. Never was a problem. But keeping the ring clamp (same for the deuce) could be ‘fun’. I recall a couple of times I had to run a rat tail file along that groove to create a better groove otherwise that pesky clamp would slide right out when tightened.
