M939 series questions

Pick up a M925A2 250 miles north of me have a few questions, do they all come with run flats.




What is this valve for it has a slow leak like to replace it..

This looks like a some type of HARMONIC DAMPER is that correct...
Will download TM or will look for hard copy soon runs good has 20k needs a few things like paint wipers don't work CTIS is not working {no big deal} tires are good no leaks pretty solid..

No they all do not come with run flats. Yes that's just a dampener
