AFAIK ARTIC (The school in Alaska) still uses them. not sure if they'll get surplused out anytime soon.

The Northern Warfare Training Center at Fort Wainwright/Black Rapids Training Area in Alaska does still use them. 1/25 SBCT had quite a few as well when I left there in 2011. You can find them other places around the Army too. More than a couple have been surplused already. Search Small Unit Support Vehicle (SUSV), M973, or Haaglunds Bv206. The Army uses the diesel powered version. As a company commander I owned a few on loan from Uncle Sam. I'd love to have one of my own, they are a heck of a lot of fun!

oh trust me, some of the new stuff is pretty nice, the Flyer, the Razors, etc... man those ATVs would be fun.
