Yes the pepper does work. and the egg trick works as well for even bigger holes. I always got told about those two things when I was little when stopping a radiator leak was greek to me. but it popped in there one day when I needed it and has stuck ever since...



On another note. I think that radiator is big enough to cool 3 or 4 HEMTTS.

what did you use for a gasket when putting the radiator back together?

I have a big roll of fiber reinforced cork material.

How was the radiator to take out?. I'm removing mine this weekend.
Is it held in there with the two side nuts , and the two bottom nuts?
how high do you have to lift it to get it out?
