M998 Brake Pedal Wobbling

Hello does anyone have an idea why my brake pedal could be wobbling side to side, maybe a plastic piece broke that stabilizes it? I took it off road and every bump the pedal makes a lot of noise shaking side to side. I have to put my foot next to it and make it stop moving.

Sorry for no pictures im away from the car now. I checked the bolt that holds the whole assembly and it's very tight I couldn't tighten it more. Im thinking a plastic washer or something broke and fell out that was meant to keep it firm.

I think you will find the answer here.
You might try tightening the nut, if the nut is loose it may need to be replaced, that is one nut you do not want backing out on you.
Or the plastic bushings could be worn out.
