M998 brush guard

I am looking at buying this exact same bumper and brush guard. Does anyone know anything about this bumper and able to tell me what winch it is for? I see it has a bigger opening than most bumpers I have seen and also does this brush guard hinge down?

Both are current type used...tubular brushguard and bumper.
i have never seen a winch on that plate, the milemarker uses its own plate.
the setup you have pictured does not allow for a winch as it does not have the frame rail ext's. The book does not call it winch plate but. Bumper.

Thanks for the info. Do you know if the brush guard pictured hinges down also?

I have the brush guard and pins, but no brackets for $400. Not sure how shipping would go.
