m998 transmission question

I have a few questions about my M998 2 man truck. I want to change the trans fluid and add a remote trans filter. The truck was rebuilt at that Main facility in 2006. I am not sure what trans filter kit I need because I don't know what trans is in the truck. Also any suggestion what remote filter kit will work best.

Depending which configuration you have its either the turbo 400 or 4l80e. I see you are from Carlsbad, I used to live just on the other side of the mountain in Dell City, Texas

Thanks for the reply my friend. I travel to dell city quite often to purchase Chafhay for my horses. It's sad that Dell City is really going down hill.

You have a TH400, just go to napa and tell them it's a TH400 from a 1992-1993 am general hummer.
