M998 with no EUC necessary?

Once again ya'll are forgetting one simple fact...GovPlanet is not selling anything, they are an Auction House that allows sellers to dispose of their equipment. In this case the Seller who is DLA requires that the HHA and EUC be completed prior to taking possession of a HMMWV. They also DICTATED to GP that they MUST stamp the SF97 with that stupid statement. As JWade has said many times on SS Threads, that is a contractual obligation between DLA and GP. If I as a private seller choose to use an AUCTION HOUSE to get rid of my HMMWV it is MY responsibility to follow through with all the requirements NOT THE AUCTION HOUSE. In regards to the washed titles, that is BS as well because once again GP has nothing what so ever to do with it. IT IS AN INDIVIDUAL STATE RESPONSIBILITY, yes I yell that because too many of us fail to comprehend that simple fact. What is good in Texas doesn't necessarily fly in Florida, and so on and so on. In the case of the DLA HMMWVs that GP is offering us, MT has chosen, just as Florida originally did, to issue titles. Once again as JWade stated they ALL say "OH" on them which is MT code for "Off Highway". If you are lucky enough to figure out a way to title it, good for you...Once again GP is not responsible once I take control of the truck, I AM!
